Patient Portal Link and Instructions:
Steps to Access RevolutionPHR

1. Access the Internet through your preferred Internet browser.
2. In the Internet address bar (often called the Toolbar) type this
address: https://revolutionehr.com/patient-portal/login/friscoinfocus/
OR you can select the button “Click here to access” below.
3. Use the unique email address you provided our office as your User Name
4. Follow the instructions to receive your one-time code and enter the
code sent to your email.

If you receive the message, "No account found with this email," please
contact our office to ensure that we have activated your portal on our end
and that each family member (other than those under 18) has a unique email
address in our system to use as their log-in.
